Refund Policy

At Bella Designs, we are committed to providing exceptional interior design services that meet your expectations. We value your trust and ensure that our policies are clear and transparent. Please read our refund policy below:

1. Onboarding Amount:

• We charge a refundable onboarding amount of INR 25,000. However, if the client onboards with us in the initial meeting, this onboarding amount would be INR 10,000/-.

• This onboarding amount is refundable if the client is not satisfied with our designs or materials presented within 15 days of the onboarding date. Refund requests after 15 days will not be eligible for a refund, and the onboarding amount will be nonrefundable.

2. Post-Onboarding Payment:

• Upon finalizing the design proposal and agreement, and once a client has paid 10% of the agreed quotation value, we consider the deal closed.

• After payment of this 10% advance, no further refunds will be provided under any circumstances, as the funds are allocated to project resources and service costs that have already been initiated.

3. Cancellation After 15 Days:

• In the event that a client decides to cancel the project after the 15-day refundable window, no refunds will be issued for the onboarding amount or any amounts so paid.

4. Refund Process:

• If you are eligible for a refund within the 15-day window, please contact your assigned sales representative.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the request is approved.

5. Amendments or Adjustments:

• If any changes or adjustments are required to the design or the scope of the project, they will be handled as per our agreed terms, and additional charges may apply.

6. Governing Law:

• This refund policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
